Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

 

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


Returns must be sent back within 14 days after approval of the return request.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

At the customer’s request, we may offer a gift card (store credit) instead of a monetary refund. Store credit has no cash value and can only be used for future purchases on our website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

Sale or discounted items, unless defective or required by law


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

 


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please check with your payment provider first. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@gallerychristian.com.
